Doctor consultations have gone virtual with AlphaDoc. You can now receive a Nurse-led virtual doctor consultation at an AlphaDoc enabled pharmacy.
The AlphaDoc system is revolutionising the way patients receive health screenings in clinic, by allowing the patient to have a virtual doctors consultation in real time through the help of a registered nurse. AlphaDoc is a sophisticated medical device that it designed to accurately communicate live vital statistics of the patient to a licensed Doctor, and allows them to make educated and salient decisions to treat the patient.
With AlphaDoc the patient can receive a sick note, prescription, and referral to a specialist all during one short visit to the pharmacy. Not only does AlphaDoc offer convenience and discretion, but the service is far more affordable than a regular doctors visit. With the same level of care and better value for money, the AlphaDoc service is also registered with all major medical Aid schemes.

Alpha Script has entered into a Joint Venture (JV) with a national doctor group to provide remote care services, as outlined herein to patients making use of licensed Alpha Clin Clinics (ACC) Incorporated clinics within ASNP pharmacies
AlphaDoc was launched half year 2 of 2019 with the aim to:
- Establish a virtual doctor practice in a lawful manner within the ASNP’s Pharmacy
- Generate a legitimate patient registration revenue stream from the virtual consultations performed on registered patients by the AlphaDoc Virtual Doctors
The ACC Inc. licensed clinics have the option to be licensed as an AlphaDoc Clinic at a fixed monthly licensing fee
The AlphaDoc licensed clinic sister will facilitate the following role:
- Create patient profile on the AlphaNurse CMS
- Complete a short medical history on the patient profile
- Obtain patient consent and upload the same in PDF format to the patient profile.
- Dial up to the AlphaDoc Doctor who will have real-time access to the above electronic health records prior to activating the patient in the virtual waiting room.
- The AlphaDoc Doctor will have a real-time on-line interactive discussion with the patient through the cloud based AlphaDoc RCS
- The AlphaDoc clinic sister will be present to act as a technical assistant by utilising the digital diagnostic devices under instruction by the AlphaDoc Doctor.
- The AlphaDoc Doctor will make his/her diagnosis, generate and send an e-Script through the AlphaScript Cloud to the AlphaXpress system in the dispensary of the ASNP in which the AC Inl. licensed clinic is located.
- The ASNP prepares the medicine and hands it over to the patient following the conclusion of the virtual consultation.
- The AlphaDoc Doctor can also send the siter a sick note through the interface between the AlphaDoc Doctor’s PMA, the AlphaDoc RCS and the AlphaNurse CMS used in the licensed AlphaDoc clinic.
