AlphaStats has secured the exclusive commercial rights to the following Alpha Pharm Group raw data sources:

i. Procurement Data: Ex-wholesale Sales by customer, by product- all categories i.e Back-shop and Front-shop

ii. Utilisation Data: Dispensing data of Alpha Pharm Pharmacies that have consented to the supply of their anonymous patient dispensing data

iii. DRM Data: Outcomes based data population in the AlphaNurse CMS

iv: e-Scripting Data: Original prescription data generated from the e-scripts generated by the e-Script doctors in general as well as. the AlphaDoc Virtual Doctors

v: Nursing Data: Primary healthcare intervention data populated from the AlphaNurse CMS used in the ACC Inc. clinics

AlphaStats centrally warehouses the respective data sources and applies pharmaceutical and/or retails intelligence to the raw data before commercialising same to the Healthcare Stakeholders that have need for the data analytics

AlphaStats will commercialise the data sets in the form of a fixed fee per data layer purchased by the buyer thereof:

• Without linking the data to the SEP value of a Products; and/or
• Without agreeing to a Volume or Value target as a commercial rerequisite.

AlphaStats will distribute the revenue so generated in accordance with the commercial agreement with Alpha Pharm to the respective Alpha Pharm Business Units from where the re-distribution to the participating outlets will take place in a legal and ethical manner.
